planning your event

A 25% non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your date. Full payment due one week before your event.

Look through our rental collection to determine if you would like to ADD ON any rental pieces to your booking.

If you would like, book in a complimentary tour of the space to begin visualizing your big day.

Please note that we are a micro-venue and have a maximum capacity of 24 guests, plus the wedding couple.

Must have special event permit/liquor license as required by BC if serving alcohol.

Five vehicle parking maximum. We require you to book a shuttle to transport additional guests (we recommend Pacific Shuttles). There are two parking spots outside the venue and room for three more in the cul-de-sac. Please do not park in front of our neighbours’ properties.


Setting up

Set up and takedown must be within your allotted rental time.

Site access begins at 9 AM.

Non-marking fasteners only (ex. no nails, tacks, staples or duct tape). We recommend wire and command hooks.

Designate someone to meet your vendors on the day if you will not be on-site yourself. We are happy to meet that point person and then hand it off to them to coordinate.


While you’re here

No explosives or cork popping inside the glasshouse.

Please use restroom provided.

Be aware guests may be walking on uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass.

Please keep sound at a reasonable level so as not to disturb our neighbours.

Don't walk in gardens or forage plants.

Please drive slowly on our rural farm road.

Pets permitted on leash.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Please use designated smoking area and take care to dispose of all butts.


after your party

No noise past 11 PM. Venue must be completely cleared by 12 AM.

Please do a tidy and sweep, dispose of all garbage and bottle caps in trash provided.

Take all decor items with you.
